Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 19, 2026
CalcuOnline does not collect, store, or share any personal information. All calculations happen in your browser. We may show Google-served ads to keep CalcuOnline free — when we do, a cookie consent banner lets you accept or decline before any ad cookie is set. The only other external data we fetch is publicly available exchange rates (for the currency converter) and an anonymous visitor count.
1. Who we are
CalcuOnline (calcuonline.in) is a free utility website operated by Tony Augustine Labs (“TAL”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Our primary product is eInvit.in. You can contact us at [email protected].
2. Data we do not collect
Because all computation runs in your browser, we never receive the numbers you type into any calculator. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Loan amounts, interest rates, or financial figures you enter
- Building dimensions, material quantities, or cost estimates
- Colors, code snippets, timestamps, or any text you paste into developer tools
- Currency amounts or conversion queries
- Names, email addresses, or any account credentials (there are no accounts)
3. Data we do process
3.1 Visitor count
The homepage displays a live visitor count. When you load the homepage, your browser makes a single request to countapi.mileshilliard.com — a free, anonymous hit-counter service. This call increments a counter and returns the total. No IP address, session ID, or personal identifier is stored by us or linked to that request. See countapi.mileshilliard.com for their own privacy terms.
3.2 Exchange rates
The currency converter fetches live rates from the @fawazahmed0/currency-api dataset served via the jsDelivr CDN (jsdelivr.net). This is a publicly available, keyless API. Your browser makes a standard HTTPS GET request for the rate file; no query data or identifiable information is sent.
3.3 Hosting infrastructure
CalcuOnline is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect anonymised access logs (IP addresses, request paths, timestamps) as part of their standard edge-network operation. We do not have access to individual-level log data. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.
3.4 Contact form
The Contact page opens your own email client with pre-filled recipient, subject, and body fields. No message data is transmitted to or stored on our servers. Your email is sent directly from your email client to [email protected]. Once received, we retain that email for as long as necessary to respond, after which it is deleted from our inbox.
3.5 Default currency detection
The currency converter tries to default its "from" currency to yours. It does this with a same-origin request to Cloudflare's edge network (which we're already served through) for a coarse, country-level location, or — if that's unavailable — your browser's language setting. Neither method identifies you individually, nothing is sent to a third party beyond Cloudflare's own infrastructure, and nothing about the lookup is logged or stored by us. If no location can be determined, the tool defaults to USD.
4. Cookies and local storage
CalcuOnline does not set any cookies. We do not use localStorage or sessionStorage to persist data between sessions. Any state (calculator inputs, selected currencies, etc.) is held only in memory while the page is open and is discarded when you navigate away or close the tab.
4. Advertising and cookies
CalcuOnline is free to use and supported by advertising. We use, or plan to use, Google AdSense to serve ads. Unlike the calculators themselves, ad delivery is not purely local — Google and its advertising partners may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser to serve and measure ads, and, if you consent, to personalize which ads you see based on your browsing activity.
Before any ad cookie is set, CalcuOnline shows a consent banner. If you choose Decline, ads may still appear but will not be personalized and will not set personalization cookies. If you choose Accept, your choice is remembered in your browser (via localStorage, not a tracking cookie) so you are not asked again. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for calcuonline.in.
Google's own use of advertising cookies is governed by their policies, and you can opt out of personalized advertising directly through Google Ads Settings or the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out page. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services for details. Aside from what's needed to show and measure ads, we do not otherwise set cookies or use localStorage to persist data between sessions — calculator inputs, selected currencies, and the like are held only in memory and discarded when you close the tab.
5. Third-party links
CalcuOnline links to external sites including eInvit.in and various documentation pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. We recommend reading their privacy policies before submitting any personal information.
6. Children
CalcuOnline is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has contacted us, please email us so we can delete any associated data.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when we add new features that affect data handling — including turning on advertising described in Section 4 above. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of CalcuOnline after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
8. Contact
